We understand life happens and emergencies arise. Please have consideration of our time as it does affect our scheduling with other clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A completely missed appointment, or one cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged. If you are running 15 minutes late and we can no longer perform the service, this applies as well. If you have a Sunday or Monday appointment and need to cancel, you must do so by 4pm on Saturday to meet the 24 hour advance requirement, or you will be charged.

ONE WEEK TWEAK POLICY: If you are unsatisfied with your services please notify us within 7 days and we will accommodate modifications. Please contact the salon during business hours Tuesday-Saturday 9am-4pm. 

CHILD SAFETY POLICY: Children are ONLY permitted in the salon when having a service. If you bring your child to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled. 

Any phone calls or voicemails will be returned by 12 pm on Tuesdays for calls over the weekend. We DO have stylists that work on Sunday & Monday, we just do not have a receptionist those days.
